The Portage County Business Council invites you for an evening of dining, socializing, recognition and education.
The Portage County Business Council is seeking your nominations for the annual Small Business of the Year Award and the Decree of Excellence Award. Streamlined nomination forms are below:

Dinner choices
Your choice of two mouth-watering entrees:
1. Delicious Trio Plate consisting of Mini Beef Wellington (Tenderloin butter crostini mushroom duxelle wrapped in puff pastry with veal demi glaze), Crab Stuffed Shrimp (Fresh lump crab meat with celery and onion panko, large shrimp butterflied and filled with crab and served with butter wine sauce), Chicken Saltimbocca (Breast of chicken sauteed with sage garlic shallots and deglaze with brandy finish butter); Steamed Cauliflower with a Mornay Sauce, Tri-colored Carrots with Butter & Parsley; and Purple Sticky Rice Croquetttes.
2. Roasted Root Vegetables with Lemon Butter Penne (zucchini, yellow squash and grilled mushrooms).
Entrees also include a salad, freshly baked rolls and a delicious dessert consisting of Fresh Berries with Sabayon (strawberries, blueberries & raspberries) with grilled pineapple garnish, topped with sabayon sauce (egg yolk with sugar and wine plus sherry) coffee, tea and milk.
