At this X-Change participants will learn:

  • Is investing different for women than it is for men?
  • What are the unique circumstances that women, married or single, will be likely to face in the mature years of their lives?
  • What can you do to be prepared?
  • "Take Away's" - suggested "to do" points.

For years, I have been advised to focus on connecting with other women, leading with marketing efforts and workshops. I've sifted through material to present, only to be disappointed time after time in what I found. I would study presentations, read articles, attend conference sessions and webinars only to find my experiences in helping women were different. So, I took the bull by the horns and wrote my own presentation, based on real experiences and common occurences that I've helped women through. What is striking to me is how different the effects are in the mature phases of women's lives, verses women in their 20's or 30's. Divorce, death of a spouse, becoming a care giver or becoming the primary income earner of a household are a few examples. Join me to learn more in this discussion format, about how women can prepare for the financial circumstances they will face in the mature phases of their lives.
