About our Speakers: 
Heidi and Aaron have been partners in life and business for almost 15 years. They started Noteworthy Music Studio in 2006 and have since grown it to be Central Wisconsin's largest for-profit music lesson program. They also own and operate Wisconsin Strings, which they purchased in 2014, a premium service providing elegant string music for weddings and events all across the state of Wisconsin.

In successfully operating these businesses while integrating them into busy lives full of pets and energetic young boys, Heidi and Aaron have become skilled in branding, marketing, human resources, team management, and systemization. Their intellectual curiosity and drive for personal and professional development have enhanced their acuity for problem solving, presenting, leadership training, and motivational speaking. Eventually they found their advice and ideas in all of these areas becoming more and more in demand by other motivated business owners which lead them to start Clearly Simple Business Consulting and offer this service professionally.

Through consulting with businesses and other organizations all over the region they combine their knack for strategy, systemized thinking, problem solving, motivation, inspiration, and team harmonization, with unmatched energy and creativity, to help their clients attract ideal customers and clients, accelerate growth, sharpen message clarity, effectively systemize, and create productive company cultures, all of which maximize satisfaction and peace of mind for owners, managers, and executive directors.

Heidi and Aaron live in Stevens Point with their dog, 3 cats, 6 chickens, and 2 (human) kids. They are both active musicians, providing music for local church communities and performing in local orchestras like the Central Wisconsin Symphony Orchestra (CWSO). In their free time they enjoy exploring Wisconsin's natural beauty through hiking, biking, cross country skiing, and, every now and then, discovering a new B&B.
