The Leadership Certificate Program is an opportunity for you to build and strengthen your leadership skills. Throughout these workshops, you will have the opportunity to engage in activities and discussions that will help you discover your leadership values, gather tips on how to build an effective team, as well as strategies for creating mutually beneficial long-term relationships.
 

Inclusivity, Generations, and Personality:
The current environment in our community and country bring challenges in everything that we do. The cross section of inclusivity, generations, and personality heightens those issues. Working through this change and uncertainty is simple but NOT easy. The three topics will be looked at in isolation and then brought together with some options to move the topic forward for you, your business, or your community.

Dec 17- Building Blocks of Success for Leaders
Jan 21- Inclusivity, Generations, and Personality
Feb 18- Creating and Supporting a Constructive Culture
Mar 18- Leading High Performance Teams and Transformative Leadership
 

Register for the FULL Series or Each Workshop Individually

The Leadership Certificate Program consists of six workshops. You are required to complete six (6) workshops within two (2) years to earn the Leadership Certificate
