The Leadership Certificate Program is an opportunity for you to build and strengthen your leadership skills. Throughout these workshops, you will have the opportunity to engage in activities and discussions that will help you discover your leadership values, gather tips on how to build an effective team, as well as strategies for creating mutually beneficial long-term relationships.
 

Leading High Performance Teams (9-Noon):
As focus and investment in organizational teams continue to be a business imperative, team leadership will be critically important to drive and facilitate achievement of shared goals. This session will examine the impact of team purpose, context, and structure on leadership strategy, and practical approaches to relevant leader behaviors to ensure the team member alignment, engagement, and performance that will result in successful outcomes and contribution to the organization's mission.
 

Transformative Leadership (12:30-3:30):
Transformative Leadership: How Aligning Your Values and Strengths Can Help to Improve Work Performance, Accomplish Goals and Improve Relationships. Join us for an engaging discussion where you will begin your journey to maximum leaderships potential and learn how to guide others on their path to empowerment.

Register for the FULL Series or Each Workshop Individually

The Leadership Certificate Program consists of six workshops. You are required to complete six (6) workshops within two (2) years to earn the Leadership Certificate.
