Negotiating Workshop

The Leadership Certificate Program is an opportunity for you to build and strengthen your leadership skills. Throughout these workshops, you will have the opportunity to engage in activities and discussions that will help you discover your leadership values, gather tips on how to build an effective team, as well as strategies for creating mutually beneficial long-term relationships.
 

NEGOTIATING:
Become a successful negotiator in your personal and business transactions. Through this workshop, you will learn and practice negotiation strategies and skills helping you create mutually beneficial and profitable long-term relationships. In addition, you will learn your personal negotiation style through an online assessment to be completed prior to the workshop (assessment included, details sent 3-weeks before the session.)

In this workshop, you will learn:
-how to apply negotiating tactics that work
-how to plan your negotiation strategy
-how to identify the other side's negotiating style
-how to create a win/win negotiation
-how to persuade/influence others to your point of view
-how to identify and address personal conflicts

Register for the FULL Series or Each Workshop Individually

The Leadership Certificate Program consists of six workshops. You are required to complete six (6) workshops within two (2) years to earn the Leadership Certificate.
