She enlisted in the Army while still in high school but later won an appointment to the United States Military Academy. Upon graduation\, she was appointed as a Second Lieutenant in the Field Artillery. As a field artillery officer\, she served at the battery\, battalion and brigade level. Later she transferred to Adjutant General's Corps (human resources)\, serving as a commander and staff officer. Following that experience she returned to graduate school to study operations research. As an operations Research Analyst\, she has significant analytic experience including service at the Headquarters\, Army in Washington\, D.C. and at Central Command Headquarters. She spent two years leading studies at The Research and Analysis Center at Fort Leavenworth\, Kansas. She has led analysis of all types for the Department of Defense-strategic assessments\, human capital\, weapon system effectiveness\, modeling and simulation\, programming and budgeting and decision analysis.\n\n\n\nAfter transitioning from the Army\, Lynette expanded her analysis into industry and business. She remains particularly interested in analytics related to cybersecurity\, marketing\, talent\, healthcare\, business intelligence and strategy assessment and is super excited to have opened her own business.\n\n\n\nLynette also an artist who quilts\, designs wire wrapped jewelry and makes soap.
