You have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong customer service skills

We prefer you have:

  • An Associate or a Bachelor degree
  • One to three years of reception, call center, or HR experience
