Ongoing Part-time Administrative Assistant opening with our busy client! We are looking for a friendly person who is great with multi-tasking.
Will provide general office support in a fast-paced setting. Main job duties will be:
- Answering multi-line telephone & directing calls
- Greeting visitors
- Opening & distributing mail or other correspondence such as faxes or emails
- Maintaining & ordering office supplies
Other duties may include providing information to callers about program offerings or enrollment processes, collecting and organizing outgoing mail, logging incoming revenues on a spreadsheet, and arranging rental cars.
Candidates must be eager to learn computer systems and specific product knowledge and have a high degree of confidentiality. Requirements also include at least 2 years of office experience, good written and oral communication skills, and a working knowledge of MS Word and Excel; will be creating spreadsheets in MS Excel.
The hours will vary between approximately 24 - 28 hours each week; typically working 10am-2:30pm each day, Monday-Friday, with potential for some extra hours throughout the week. This is an ongoing temporary position!
Pay is $14/hour.
