Job Description
This position greets and assists customers in a friendly, professional manner; schedules appointments; reschedules appointments, accepts payments over-the-counter; answers phones; refers calls; provides information to the public; has contact with acute and chronic psychiatric patients through phone, walk-in contacts, and crisis intervention.  This position coordinated the Patient Medication Assistance Program. Strict customer confidentiality is mandatory.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
 
Education/Experience/Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Three years office experience years required.
One year switchboard experience required.
One year reception and/or cashier experience required.
Any combination of education and experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.   Proficient data entry skills required.

Starting wage: $14.17/hr.
