POSITION SUMMARY: This position provides primary telephone reception for District Attorney Office; greet, assist and direct visitors; process all incoming and outgoing mail and faxed material daily; type letters, prepare and mail discoverable material; photocopy, and scan documents
 
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
95 % A.           Administrative Duties:
  1. Answer all telephone calls and greet all visitors in a courteous and efficient manner. Refer calls and direct visitors to the proper person.
  2. Collect and distribute incoming mail and faxed material.
  3. Prepare and send discovery material.
  4. Review and type jury labels.
  5. Mail Judgment of Convictions to necessary individuals.
  6. Photocopy documents.
  7. Scan documents and close files and maintaining filing system.
  8. Maintain warrant list from Time systems from status.
  9. Input required data in PROTECT computer system. Maintain knowledge of this system through continuing training provided.
  10. Assist Legal Associates.
  11. Performs all other duties as assigned.
