Our Stevens Point client is looking for a versatile individual to assist with and prepare closing documents, conduct real estate closings, answer phones, and draft documents as needed. Will also communicate with Attorneys, Lenders, Buyers, Sellers, and other Real Estate Professionals to complete successful real estate transactions.
Must be extremely accurate with entering data, have a working knowledge of spreadsheets/ledgers and MS Word and Excel, the ability to multi-task, and have a professional demeanor.
This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate. A full-time schedule of 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday is available, though a part-time availability working mornings (at least 20 hours/week), Monday-Friday, may be an option as well. Pay starts at $11/hour but is negotiable based on relevant experience.
