These positions will be responsible for answering inquiries from policy holders, office staff and agents/brokers via telephone, email, web chat and mail within certain standards.
Must be professional, detailed and have a "customer comes first" kind of attitude. Will request refunds, process adjustments, manage correspondence, document resolution, process claims, participate in team meetings and assist with special projects as needed.
Must have a high school diploma with two years insurance, business or related customer service- inbound call center experience. Computer skills, including experience with MS Office, are required. Must also be self- motivated, focused, analytical, well organized and have an excellent attention to detail.
Hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 10:30am-7:00pm.
Background checks and drug screens will be conducted.
