We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to work in our Stevens Point office. The incumbent is responsible for creating a positive first impression for all traffic (telephone or in-person). As the office hub and host/hostess, the Front Desk Receptionist needs to ensure that all administrative activities, incoming calls, and requests move smoothly.  FDR’s are organized to ensure all tasks are met to the satisfaction of clients and associates.

  • Manage the front desk operations to meet the needs of the internal and external customer.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate department and/or individual, manage voicemails on a timely basis, resolve customer needs when possible before transferring a call.
  • Responsible for locking/unlocking facility doors during normal business hours; maintain front door security throughout the day, visitor log tracking, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Sort and distribute mail of company personnel
  • Provide office management and organizational support to Team Leaders as requested.
  • Provide organizational support to Operations Planning Analyst as requested. 
  • Assist all employees with monthly orders and other internal customer service functions based on need.
  • Create purchase orders and expense forms for receipts as needed.
  • Update company calendar for PTO requests pertaining to Manufacturing, Bottling, Maintenance, IT, Purchasing, and Administrative areas.
  • $14/hr-$16/hr (depending on experience)

  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:  Completed a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).  2-4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Significant use of Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint and Navision desired.
  • LANGUAGE SKILLS:  Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos, emails, SOP’s and other materials required.  Ability to write legible correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information verbally to other employees of the organization. Must effectively demonstrate the ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in written format. 
  • MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:  Ability to add, subtract, and multiply applying statistical mathematical concepts when needed.
  • REASONING ABILITY:  Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form.
