Fabulous temp to hire Office Assistant/Office Coordinator position available starting in August.
Will be responsible for most office functions and some accounting and payroll functions as well. Must have proficiency in using MS Word and Excel and have some basic accounting software knowledge. Duties include: compiling payroll information, maintaining OSHA paperwork, payroll and drug testing protocols with testing services. Answering phones, screening calls and forwarding calls appropriately. Assisting with basic training for new hires including paperwork and new hire videos, light accounting, and ordering and maintaining office supplies. Position will also include preparing proposals, reports, drawings and review of contracts and warranty needs.
Basic knowledge using CAD for drawings would be a bonus skill for candidates considering this position.

Pay range for this opportunity is between $14-$15/hour working 4-5 days per week year round.
