We are currently recruiting for a TEMP to HIRE Receptionist/Office Assistant for one of our Stevens Point clients.
This position will work between the hours of 9am-3pm, Monday-Friday working 20-30 hours per week. Will be handling general duties supporting current staff. Duties may include data entry, filing, mailings, informational outbound phone calls to vendors and sales support staff to notify them when products have been shipped or projects have been completed. Will be assisting with customer pick up, order entry and spreadsheet breakdown. May also be responsible for ordering product and general invoicing.
Best candidate will be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must also be able to keep a neat and organized work station, be friendly, outgoing and computer savvy using Word, Outlook and Excel.
Must have prior customer service experience with a proven job longevity, be comfortable working with people within a small office environment, have a pleasant personality and a great phone voice.
Pay for this position is between $12-$13/hour or more based on experience.
