Previous customer service or call center experience required. Will be taking incoming telephone calls from customers and assisting them with answers to their questions regarding their account. Our client offers a supportive work environment, an excellent training program, and many on the job mentors to make each individual successful in their position. Training curve is approximately 4-6 weeks in length. Training will typically be day shifts but schedule can be flexible if needed.
*Full-Time opportunities are available on 1st and 2nd shift:
-1st Shift is between the hours of 8am-8pm
-2nd Shift is between the hours of 12pm-11pm
Hours may fluctuate some within the primary shift range.
Each shift requires working every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday, for a full shift each day.
These positions are expected to last 90 days with a check in every 30 days. There is possibility for these opportunities to continue longer or become temp to hire if performance goals are met or exceeded!
Pay is between $12-$14/hour
