Job Description

We are currently recruiting for experienced Customer Service Professionals for one of our Stevens Point clients.

We have full-time and part-time positions available for first and second shifts. Previous customer service or call center experience required.

Will be taking incoming telephone calls from customers and assisting them with answers to their questions regarding their account(s).

Our client offers a supportive work environment, excellent training program, and many on the job mentors to make each individual successful in their position. The training curve is approximately 4-6 weeks in length and training will typically be day shift hours.

*Part-Time must be able to work at least 25 hours per week including every other weekend both Saturday and Sunday for a full shift each day. 

Hours may fluctuate some within the primary shift range. Salary may also range from $12.00 to $14.00. These positions are expected to last 90 days with 30 day continuation checks and the potential for temp to hire options.
