Work site: Family Development Center, Stevens Point, WI
 
Start Date: as soon as possible                                 
             
Starting Pay: $12.03-$13.11 per hour, depending on experience
 
Sign-on Bonus: $1000—details at time of interview
 
Status: Full time, 37.5 hours per week during school year, summer layoff.

Duties:  Responsible for completing food orders, purchasing food and kitchen items, preparing food, and completing paperwork in compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and the Child and Adult Care Food Program.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent and ServSafe certificate (or successful completion within three months of hire) along with one year related work experience.
  • Experience with the Child and Adult Care Food Program preferred.
 
Candidates will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, as defined by the CDC, upon commencing employment. Reasonable accommodations will be considered on a case-by-case basis for exemptions to this requirement in accordance with applicable law.
