Custodian-Early Childhood Development

Work site: Children’s Discovery Center in Stevens Point, WI                              
 
Start Date: as soon as possible                                 
             
Starting Pay: $13.53-$14.75 per hour, depending on experience
 
Sign-on bonus: $2,000—details at time of interview

Status: Full-time 37.5 hours per week, PM shift 3 pm-11pm (occasional AM shift)

Duties: Responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of corporate buildings and grounds related to the Early Childhood Development program in Stevens Point, WI.         
                              
 
Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least three years’ experience of similar custodial work.
• This position must be physically able to handle up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently, and have the ability to stoop, kneel, bend, twist, and pull heavy objects.
• Be able to travel independently to worksites in service area and have access to an insured vehicle, approximately 50-125 miles per week. (Work-related mileage reimbursed.)
