We are currently seeking a Temp to hire ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for one of our Wisconsin Rapids clients.
Starting hours will be 25 per week Monday-Friday and will then work into a 35 hour per week schedule, Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30. This administrative position will be responsible for ensuring that the office operates efficiently by maintaining, improving and implementing administrative systems, procedures, policies and processes.
Must be able to communicate directly with clients, prospective clients and back office personnel.
Manage work flow by ensuring work is communicated with supervisor, completed accurately and on time
Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practice and implementing change
Schedule and coordinate preparation of reports for all client meetings
Assume responsibility of office equipment
Maintain supply of all administrative and office supplies
Respond to questions and requests for information
Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties
Communicate with all clients and affiliates in a professional and uplifting manner
Must have previous administrative experience, have a proficiency in MS office with expertise in Word and Excel. Publisher is helpful, but not required. Must also have a strong ability to learn and understand web-based technologies. This job will have regular interruptions and will require that someone can handle daily tasks within that environment. This is a small office where personality is key. Must be able to handle constructive criticism and work well with others.

Pay will start between $13-$13.50/hour and could increase to $15-$18 upon hire with our client depending on quality of work and work reliability.
