Lead Cook- Lincoln Center
This position provides assistance in all dietary functions as directed or instructed in accordance with the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) nutrition policies and procedures. The Lead Cook should have keen interest in cooking, food and nutrition. This position supervises the work of employee(s) assisting in food preparation and cleanliness of Senior Nutrition Program.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent required.
One or more years of experience with assisting in the preparation and serving of food in an institutional setting preferred.
Knowledge of institutional diets desirable.
Starting wage: $16.09/hour
