Create 3D models, renderings, videos and presentation materials for real estate development projects.


  • Develop comprehensive 3D renderings and videos of real estate development projects.

  • Create exterior and interior renderings of buildings with accuracy.

  • Create site plan and landscaping renderings with accuracy.

  • Design high-quality presentation materials to assist with project planning and project approvals.

  • Operate effectively as a service provider for the design, development and marketing teams.

  • Partner with marketing team on website content and social media strategy.

  • Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of company’s projects and branding strategy.

  • Other duties and tasks as assigned


  • Further education in Graphic or Multimedia Design or related discipline

  • Extremely detail-oriented and able to deliver accurate designs

  • Passion for creative work and strong storytelling instincts

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with Adobe, SketchUp, Revit or AutoCAD preferred

  • Ability to learn rendering and design programs  

Work Environment: This position operates in a professional setting during normal business hours of Monday to Friday, with occasional hours outside of that range as business necessitates. Occasional travel during the day may be required to properties, presentations, and events.
