The Claims Adjuster III evaluates Express claims with respect to loss, coverage, exposure; and ensures timely, cost-effective closure via settlement or denial.  May also review and audit files for financial and system accuracy and determines which claims will be released / returned to other analysts for further investigation.  In addition, this role monitors no-coverage claims to closure.

What we are looking for

  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Desk Management, phone ‘etiquette’, time management and dealing with difficult customers.

  • Effective communicator (written, verbal, training).
