Job Description

TEMP TO HIRE Office Manager needed for one of our Stevens Point clients.

In this role you will be responsible for maintain the company's standards and procedures through communication and to maintain the day-to day functionality of the business. Will be assisting the general manager, company owners and technicians as needed.

Duties include: -Answering the phone, organizing and scheduling job estimates and appointments -Managing multiple calendars and email accounts - Receiving and sorting mail -Entering new invoices -Preparing outgoing mail Will also be responsible for FaceBook promotions, entering bills, entering checks, sending out collection letters, recording deposits, reconciling bank statements and credit card bills AND other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Position is working full-time and temp to hire for the qualified candidate. Pay is between $13-$17/hour.
