Licensed Agent Assistant, full-time, Stevens Point Office, Bushman-Mancheski-Lehman Team

Full-Time 40 Hours a Week

The Bushman-Mancheski-Lehman Team of First Weber, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, is currently seeking a full-time Licensed Agent Assistant to provide general office support to a top team in our Stevens Point Office. This position will answer phones, provide paperwork assistance, help as directed with marketing, make appointments, prepare and send marketing material, coordinate social media marketing, build database of customers/clients, follow-up on contingencies in offers, prepare and mail general business correspondence, assist in preparation of market analysis, prepare paperwork for MLS changes, draft leases, show apartments, and handle general property management duties. Will show properties, hold open houses, write and present offers, and present market analysis and negotiate contracts.

Qualifications include 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role with knowledge of basic office skills; excellent computer and customer service skills; organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines; ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy; ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently; ability to maintain confidential information; and ability to follow-through on tasks. Prefer previous experience creating marketing materials, experience with the following software and office equipment: MLS, MainStreet, Publisher, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, all Social Media, You Tube, etc., fax machine, copy machine, etc., a willingness to learn new software and stay up-to-date on training, and prior real estate experience is also preferred.
