The Portage County Business Council will hold their Ambassadors Club 30th \;annual golf outing\, Business on the Green at two golf courses. The event\, to be held with a shotgun start at SentryWorld \;at \;9:30 AM on Monday\, June 3rd \; \;will happen simultaneously at SentryWorld \;and the Stevens Point Country Club. \;

\n\nThe \;19th \;Hole Networking dinner\, with the theme Bloomin'\; on the Green \;will take place at \;3PM \;at the Holiday Inn Hotel &\; Convention Center.

\nThe event will feature a \;cash bar\, \;a plentiful buffet style dinner (details TBA)\, dessert\, \;prize giveaways\, raffles and awards to entertain those attending.
Golfers in this years&rsquo\; outing have the opportunity to choose from two highly rated Wisconsin courses. \; \;The Stevens Point Country Club\, a beautifully renovated private course built in 1925\, is an 18-hole Bent grass course and home of the 2000 Wisconsin State Open. SentryWorld is a corporately owned public golf course and sports complex. \;This Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed course features the stunning signature flower hole harboring 50\,000 flowers.
\n\nBusiness on the Green \;provides an opportunity to network while golfing with customers\, employees and other Portage County businesses. This is also the only fund raising event sponsored by the Ambassador&rsquo\;s Club\, the outreach arm of the Business Council. Proceeds from the event fund new programming for businesses across the county.
\n\nThis event is open to Business Council members\, their colleagues and the public. Cost per player is $150.00 at SentryWorld and $130 at \;the Stevens Point Country Club.
