Those same traits that men and women have died for on the battlefield are just as useful to live by in our offices and lives. During this Business X-Change presentation\, Shane will combine his experience as a Recon Marine and healthcare administrator when presenting the 14 leadership traits and how they can be used to build the trust every leader desires for his or her team.\n\n\n\nKey Points to Include: \n\n- 14 leadership traits to live by inspired by Marine values\n\n- How to utilize the 14 traits to encourage your team members to become leaders\n\n- How to utilize the 14 traits to build trust within your team\, office and life\n\n\n\nAbout our Presenter: \n\nShane Melenbacker served for six years in the Marine Corps\, three providing security for the communications of the President of the United States and three as an Assistant Team Leader in a Reconnaissance unit. With degrees in Business Administration and Health Sciences\, as well as an MBA in Operations Management and Strategic Planning\, he has spent almost 15 years in healthcare management--both in large systems and private clinics. Currently\, Shane is the Administrator of Stevens Point Orthopedics and the Ambulatory Surgical Center. He lives in Central Wisconsin with his wife and son...and they go camping as much as possible!\n\n\n\nWhat is Business X-Change?
