Discover What Makes You Tick"\n\n \n\nPresented by:\n\n  \n\nWendy Mitch\n\n\n\nAbout the Program:  The Enneagram is an ancient personality type system with uncanny accuracy and wisdom to help people understand who they are and what makes them tick. Why do we act\, think\, feel\, and believe the way we do?\n\n\n\nThe Enneagram teaches there are 9 different personality types in the world\, one of which we naturally gravitate towards and adopt in childhood to cope and feel safe. Most people assume they know who they are with "pretty good" understanding\, even though they might not. They don't question the lens through which they see the world\, where it came from\, how it has shaped their lives or even if the vision of reality it gives them is distorted or true. Even more troubling\, most people aren't aware of how things that helped them survive as children are now holding them back as adults.\n\n\n\nKey Points to Include: \n\n- How to identify your type based on the descriptions provided in this Business X-Change.\n\n- How to recognize your "wings"\, those types on either side of your primary type that influence and color your way of seeing and being in the world.\n\n- Discover your motivation for developing the personality you adopted or "put on" as a child along with your area of avoidance\, primary vice\, and defense mechanisms\, as well as your Essence/True Self/Real Self/Genuine Core Self.\n\n- Understand how your habitually take in\, process\, and respond to life\, and the role your Traid plays in you becoming who you are.\n\n\n\nAbout our Presenter:  \n\nWendy Mitch is certifed in the Enneagram Spectrum Method\, A New Ventures West Integral Life Coach\, and will finish her course work in January with Wisdom Ways Life Coaching. She has her Master's Degree in Servant Leadership from Viterbo University in LaCrosse\, WI. Wendy is also a devoted facilitator in the Leadership Portage County program and is the owner of Shifting Perspectives: Coaching and Consulting.\n\n\n\nShe is a Stevens Point native\, currently living in Plover with Rusty Mitch\, her husband of 35 years and they have 6 adult children many of whom seem to find their way back to their childhood bedrooms for an extended period of time. \n\n\n\nWhat is Business X-Change?
