Planned by the Agri-Business Committee of the Portage County Business Council\, you and your business associates are invited to attend. \n\n\n\nThe event begins at 11:00 a.m. with registration and complimentary coffee to-go at Mission Coffee House\, located in the Artist & Fare complex\, 1800 Plover Road\, Plover\, WI.\n\n\n\nAt 11:30 a.m. our bus will depart to embark on an unforgettable journey\, where we'll explore the heart of Wisconsin's agricultural innovation! Our tour will take you to Heartland Farms\, Inc. and Top Tier Ingredients\, LLC\, two industry-leading operations based in Hancock\, WI.\n\n \n\nAt Heartland Farms\, you'll experience the legacy of a 5th generation potato and vegetable farm\, with roots tracing back to the 1800s when the Pavelski family first planted their seeds. Today\, under the leadership of Jeremie Pavelski\, this farm is a beacon of teamwork\, cutting-edge technology\, and groundbreaking innovation. You'll witness the entire process\, from the bustling harvest to the meticulous storage of potatoes\, and see firsthand the advanced technologies that ensure their produce is of the highest quality and sustainably grown.\n\n \n\nNext\, we'll visit Top Tier Ingredients\, the innovative sister company to Heartland Farms\, established in 2022. Specializing in the production of premium potato flakes and flour\, Top Tier Ingredients is revolutionizing the industry with their products\, which are essential in the creation of everything from fabricated chips to breads and appetizers.\n\n \n\nJoin us for this exclusive opportunity to see agricultural excellence in action and discover the future of farming!\n\n    \n\nWhen we return to Plover\, you'll have the opportunity to stop by O'so Brewing Company (also located in the Artist & Fare building) for optional socializing. O'so Brewing Company was founded in 2007 in Plover\, WI by Marc and Katina Buttera. O'so has been declared the 2nd fastest growing brewery in the state and won the Great American Beer Festival Gold Medal Award for its year-round beer\, The Big O.\n\n\n\nThe entire event includes site tours\, bus transportation\, lunch\, socializing and education. \n\n\n\nAny dietary restrictions need to be noted in "comments" section when registering and can only be met upon advanced request.
