For over 10 years\, Craig has worked with organizations to develop customized solutions to meet business demands.\n\n\n\nTodd Will\, Teaching & Technology Innovation Specialist\n\nsupports faculty through training\, course design\, and technology integration\, with a focus on practical applications of emerging tools like artificial intelligence. Over the past three years\, Todd has developed and delivered workshops on AI literacy\, ethical considerations\, and everyday use cases for educators and corporate professionals. He has also contributed to the development of AI training modules and frameworks that help people adopt AI responsibly in their daily workflows. Todd is a certified CliftonStrengths coach and an experienced presenter who is passionate about making technology approachable and useful.\n\n\n\nWhat is Business X-Change?
