DESCRIPTION:WOMEN IN BUSINESS LUNCHEON - Thursday\, May 1\, 2025 - SOLD OUT\n\n\n\nOur Women in Business events offer a welcoming space for women in the Central Wisconsin area to network\, discuss professional challenges\, gain new insights\, and enjoy themselves.  Attendees will enjoy a delicious lunch\, receive a complimentary swag bag\, have a chance to win door prizes\, participate in a 50/50 raffle\, and connect with like-minded professionals. The event is open to the public.\n\n\n\nThursday\, May 1\, 2025\n\n11:15AM to 1:00PM\n\n Master of Ceremonies: Mikala Hall\, Radio Personality from Midwest Communications\n\nLocation: Holiday Inn Hotel & Convention Center\, 1001 Amber Avenue\, Stevens Point\, WI\n\n\n\nSpecial Guest Speaker is Rikki Harry\, presenting "Authenticity in Leadership: The Power of Linking Values and Action"\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Rikki's Presentation: Authentic leadership is the key to building trust\, making ethical decisions\, and leading with confidence. Together\, we will explore the four components of Authentic Leadership and how they empower women to lead with integrity. Through real-world examples and practical insights\, attendees will gain tools to navigate challenges\, strengthen relationships\, and make decisions that reflect their core values--whether in business\, leadership\, or the community.\n\n\n\nAbout our Speaker: Rikki Harry is the CEO of LEAP Nonprofit Consulting and a doctoral student at Viterbo University\, researching Authentic Leadership and ethical decision-make in nonprofit organizations. A seasoned fundraiser\, board member\, and volunteer\, she has worked with nonprofits of all sizes--from grassroots organizations to multi-billion-dollar institutions--helping leaders navigate challenges\, build strong relationships\, and make ethical\, strategic decisions. Though she and her husband\, John\, aren't native to Central Wisconsin\, they love calling Portage County home and sharing it with their many pets.
