Qualities essential for impactful leadership such as curiosity\, productive failure\, relationship-building\, and collaborative decision-making fail to be counted with traditional bottom-line measures that prioritize productivity over sustainability and joy. By redefining how we evaluate leadership for ourselves and within the structures we lead\, we can illuminate and celebrate essential work done behind-the-scenes.\n\n\n\nAbout Our Speaker:\n\nSarah E.
