DESCRIPTION:Annually\, Centergy organizes people from across its region to travel to Madison and communicate issues of importance to the business climate throughout Central Wisconsin. Leaders from all industry sectors\, post-secondary education\, and communities travel to Madison to meet with lawmakers\, administration officials and state government department leaders to discuss issues that drive prosperity.\n\nThe 2018 Central Wisconsin Days includes networking with leaders in meetings and a special reception.\n\nWednesday\, March 21\, starts with lunch and a briefing on the issues that will be discussed that day. At the lunch\, participants are divided into 3 to 5 person teams. Timetables and maps are provided to each team\, and then they are sent off to meet with Senators\, Representatives\, senior legislative staff members\, representatives of the Administration\, and/or representatives of various divisions of state government. That evening\, lawmakers and administration officials\, along with representatives of other offices are invited to mingle with the Centergy delegation at a special reception in the Top of the Park in the Best Western Premier Park Hotel in Madison.\n\nOn Thursday morning\, March 22\, Central Wisconsin Days wraps up with a special breakfast presentation by a prominent speaker\, followed by a "hotwash" of the 2018 Central Wisconsin Days to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the events. Discoveries made during this segment will be used to improve Central Wisconsin Days in future years.\n\nCentergy has reserved a block of rooms at the Best Western Premier Park Hotel. Guests are responsible for making reservations and paying for their own rooms. The rates per night are $139 for traditional rooms with one or two beds\, $149 for deluxe rooms with one or two beds and $179 for suites. To make a reservation\, please contact the hotel at (608) 285-8000 and mention being a part of the "Centergy 2018 Block".
