DESCRIPTION:Attend our Leads Meeting \n\nThursday\, July 18 - Reservations Required by Tuesday\, July 16th\n\n \n\nLooking to meet   get to know   network   refer business   share leads and/or sales tips   build relationships with other businesses?\n\nThe Portage County Business Council invites you to attend our SalesNet meeting on Thursday\, July 18 from 11:45AM to 1:00PM. Meeting is available to the first 15 people that register.\n\n \n\nWe may or may not have community leads to share\, but we can share effective sales tips\, ways to stay connected with your clients\, what's going well and what isn't\, what have you learned\, etc. \n\n \n\nLocation of Meeting\n\nPortage County Business Council\, Large Conference Room\, 5501 Vern Holmes Drive\, Stevens Point. \n\n \n\nLunch \n\n$10.50/person. Buffet meal will consist of Swidish Meatballs with Egg Noodles\, Buttered Green Beans\, French Rolls and soda or bottled water. Lunch is prepared by Rockman's Catering.\n\n \n\nLunch payment here with credit card. Any cancellation to the meeting will be needed prior to 10AM on Tuesday\, July 16\, otherwise lunch payment will still be expected.\n\n \n\nWhat is SalesNet?\n\nA sales-oriented group comprised of area sales professionals and business owners\, meeting once a month to share referrals\, leads and sales tips.\n\n \n\nGuest Speaker\n\nSherri Galle-Teske\, Executive Director of the Humane Society of Portage County. Sherri will be presenting "Get to Know the Humane Society of Portage County".\n\n\n\nWhat to Expect Day of Meeting\n\n1. Open Networking\n\n2. Welcome by Karen Myers from the Portage County Business Council\n\n3. Pass business cards\n\n4. Attendees introduce themselves and share what they feel is if a bona-fide referral\n\n5. Attendees share referrals and/or leads with group\n\n6. Portage County Business Council new member investor report shared\n\n7. Guest speaker presentation (10-15 minutes)\n\n8. Close meeting\n\n\n\nThe Goal\n\nSalesNet is designed to provide a non-competitive atmosphere in which business relationships can develop into a referral network for the benefit of all members.
