DESCRIPTION:Mid-State Technical College's Workforce & Economic Development division has been awarded a 2019 2020 Workforce Advancement Training grant to help cover the cost of workforce training classes for central Wisconsin employers. We are proud to offer the following courses at a discounted rate to assist employers with their talent development this fall. \n\n\n\nWith a wave of senior leadership facing retirement\, the time is now to begin developing the next leaders for your organization. This course will provide an opportunity for participants to evaluate their own leadership skills\, develop motivational strategies\, and establish and practice a personal leadership style that will meet the organization's requirements. This course is offered as a TelePresence offering at three of our campuses with the instructor rotating each in-person session. (3 credits)
