The Local Government Institute of Wisconsin through the Future Regions initiative provides the foundation\, along with Rebecca Ryan\, futurist and strategist\, who will moderate the three workshops. This will be an interactive and engaging process through strategic foresight and strategic doing.\n\n\n\nWorkshop/lab dates are March 27\, April 18 and May 14.
