The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Counseling Department invites qualified candidates to apply for the Medical Program Assistant.

This dynamic role requires an individual who always demonstrates a professional demeanor with strengths in confidentiality and ethical responses in all interaction. They must be able to work independently in developing, revising and implementing office procedures and policies collaborating closely with Counseling Center professionals. This position strikes a balance between clerical/administrative excellence and the ability to act with diplomacy, tact, and ethics in university mental health setting. The position is often the first interaction with students and faculty/staff have with the Counseling Center, which is an environment that provides highly sensitive, sometimes intense and always important service.
