Lending Support Specialist - Mosinee

As a Lending Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities are to support all functions of lending operations:

• Prepares and generates loan disclosures according to loan product, procedure, and TRID guidelines. Monitor real estate loans to ensure proper documents are obtained and completed; and have the proper closing documents.
• Timely orders/underwrites appraisals, flood certifications, credit reports, and title commitments. Interacts with members, realtors, title companies, and loan officers to assist in the lending process from beginning to end.
• Track and maintain a solid foundation of knowledge in all areas of loan documentation, TRID rules and loan compliance.
• Perform a variety of duties related to loan processing, procedures, and administration.
• Provide excellent, friendly service to internal and external request, inquiries, and/or issues in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide support to co-workers by researching issues and responding to inquiries with detailed explanations and comprehensive solutions. Support all branches in achieving all financing objectives and goals. Perform additional duties & special projects as assigned.

We are seeking a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in Consumer and/or Real Estate lending. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build relationships and rapport with members and staff.
