Member Service Representative I (MSR I)- Stevens Point Branch

Building lifelong relationships, one member at a time! Valley Communities Credit Union has been serving members for over 88 years.  With our rich history, starting out in 1935, we served the employees of the Mosinee Paper Mill with a tiny office in their punch house.  Growing continually over the years, we currently serve over 16,000 members in five different Central Wisconsin communities. 
As a Member Service Representative I (MSR I), your primary responsibilities are;

• Serving as a Member Service Representative I (MSR I).
• Promoting and cross-selling our financial products and services while serving the needs of our members by efficiently, professionally, and accurately processing their transactions with the main objective of being able to Build a lifelong relationships, one member at a time.
• Identifying and finding solutions to improve members financial future.
• Maintain professional standard levels while interacting with our members, while providing them with accurate services in copliance with our Credit Union policies and procedures.
• Supporting other staff within the branch with a variety of tasks

This is an excellent role for a person with experience in our industry or an industry with a strong emphasis on member service. We are a highly member focused credit union. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build relationships and rapport with members and staff.
