Child Care Teacher

Work site: Children’s Discovery Center – Stevens Point, WI
                                          
Start Date: as soon as possible        
 
Starting Pay: $14.14-$14.75 per hour, depending on experience                     
                                                         
Sign-on Bonus: $2,000—details at time of interview
 
Status: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Duties: Responsible for the supervision of infant children, for preparing and conducting weekly lesson plans which provide a developmentally age and stage appropriate curriculum, for on-going assessment of children, and for maintaining compliance with all related regulations.
 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two year Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and one year of classroom experience which includes working directly with children ages 0-5
• OR Level 9 on the registry with 2 years of experience and degree must be finished within 12 months or 18 months of starting.
