What To Expect:
- 2nd Shift Supervisor: 2:15 pm – 12:45 am Monday - Wednesday, 2:00 pm – 12:30 am Thursday.
- Manage the movement of goods and lead personnel to accomplish the on-time manufacturing of all Ortho Molecular products to cGMP and SOP standards.
- Oversees scheduling of production and managing workflow in manufacturing area.
- Supervise and lead all direct reports and resources in manufacturing area.
- Recommends modifications to procedures and/or methods as needed.
- Maintains maintenance of machines and GMP documentation.
- Lead in participation company training and safety programs and promote safety initiatives.
- Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures and process improvement activities.
What You Will Contribute:
- Completed high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Degree in Operations Management or related field equivalent; 2-4years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Significant use of Microsoft Office; SharePoint and Navision systems desired.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 55 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
