Marshfield Clinic Health System has openings for registered nurses at its Marshfield Medical Center-River Region at Stevens Point Campus. We're looking for nurses in the Emergency Department and inpatient unit.
Shift Options:
- 36 hours per week Baylor/Weekend Only/Night Shifts
- This position will work every Friday, Saturday and Sunday and be paid an additional 18 hours of Baylor pay
- Casual / Variable Shifts (24 hours in a 6 week period)
- 12 hours per week / Variable Shifts
**Some positions may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.**
Positions have a primary location of Stevens Point, however, may require working at both River Region locations (Wisconsin Rapids and Stevens Point).
JOB SUMMARY
The Registered Nurse-Acute functions as a vital member of the healthcare team by demonstrating a customer/patient focus, effective communication, professionalism self-development, and teamwork. The individual utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate comprehensive care provided to selected patient populations and their families. The Registered Nurse-Hospital is expected to demonstrate excellent clinical, problem-solving, interpersonal and leadership skills and make decisions consistent with hospital policies, department protocols/guidelines, and the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act.
