Position Summary: The McKinley Center Director is primarily responsible for leadership and management of our new McKinley Elementary Center located at McKinley Elementary School. This specific after-school program will coordinate educational, enrichment and social activities for youth in grades 1st- 6th. A key component of this position will be overseeing the Hmong Jumpstart Program which aims to help Hmong students improve their literacy, provide culturally specific programs, and to teach and preserve Hmong language and culture. Other primary duties of this position include facilities and budget management, staff development, supervision and training of assigned staff and program volunteers, assistance with the community and public relations, membership growth and administration. The Director will manage the coordination of club-related events, manage the safe and routine use of the facilities, and evaluate club member/parent relationship performance.Center Director
