Jobs & Business Development Coordinator
Start Date: as soon as possible
Starting Pay: $22.40-$24.42 per hour, depending on experience
Status: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Duties: This position delivers direct assistance to clients enrolled in the Jobs and Business Development Program. This includes assisting entrepreneurs start or expand businesses, which result in the creation of jobs for low-income and moderate-income individuals through assessment, referral, technical assistance and loan packaging in multiple counties. Link participants with other resources as needed, both internally at CAP Services and in the community. Assists the VP of Lending in the servicing of loans made to business clients (up to 50 loans) at any given time.
