To ensure our quality books make it into the hands of millions and millions of readers around the world, we are now hiring a Customer Service Account Manager to join our customer service team. As a Customer Service Account Manager, you will have responsibility of leading assigned publishers and internal team members through projects and providing extraordinary customer service.

Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Account Manager
- Establish and foster a long-standing relationship with customer.
- Deliver a consistent, exceptional customer experience every time.
- Coordinate seamless and transparent execution from order acceptance through final product delivery to include file preparation, job planning, ticket writing, and shipping information for all assigned jobs.
- Facilitate communication between customer, sales representatives, manufacturing department, and vendors to include responding to job fact sheets, plant inquiries, layout/template requests, material options, etc.
- Develop and maintain knowledge on all aspects of company to ensure customer projects are accurately organized, planned, and communicated as well as proactively managed to avoid issues.
- Provide timely updates to ensure customer changes are captured, communicated, invoiced, and collected.
- Understand and leverage company offerings and recommend solutions to achieve customer expectations.
- Continually identify, develop, and implement improvements in work processes.

Qualifications to become a Customer Service Account Manager with Worzalla
- Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience or relevant experience in a manufacturing/print environment required.
- Knowledge and understanding of print and binding processes beneficial.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability and desire to think and act like an employee owner (see Your Responsibilities above)
