Worzalla Kicks Off Holiday Season Spreading Cheer at Stevens Point Parade

Stevens Point, Wisconsin (November 18, 2022)— Worzalla, an employee-owned book printer specializing in printing high-quality children’s books, movie tie-in books and cookbooks, participated in the 2022 Holiday Parade in downtown Stevens Point. The book printer, Santa’s number one supplier of the books at the top of everyone’s present wish list, hired Santa himself to drive its 13-foot tall sleigh in this year’s parade. Several of Santa’s elves took a break from their pre-Christmas duties at the North Pole and partnered with Worzalla associates to pass out holiday candy and chocolates to attendees.

“I was thrilled to see so many Stevens Point businesses, community organizations and residents come out to celebrate the start of the holiday season. Worzalla thanks the Stevens Point Alliance for organizing this year’s festivities and for creating an opportunity for our team members to spread holiday cheer,” said Brianne Petruzalek, Vice President of Human Resources at Worzalla.

The 2022 Holiday Parade in downtown Stevens Point took place on Wednesday, Nov. 16 in the evening. The theme of this year’s parade was “Toyland in Downtown.” The parade kicked off with the annual lighting of the downtown Christmas tree, with Christmas lights across the city also turning on simultaneously.

Worzalla regularly participates in Stevens Point and Portage County community events and fundraisers. This year Worzalla associates raised nearly $50,000 for the United Way of Portage County and are organizing their annual Giving Tree campaign this holiday season.
