WOMEN IN BUSINESS LUNCHEON - Thursday, July 23, 2026

Our Women in Business events offer a welcoming space for women in the Central Wisconsin area to network, discuss professional challenges, gain new insights, and enjoy themselves.  Attendees will enjoy a delicious lunch, have a chance to win door prizes, participate in a 50/50 raffle, and connect with like-minded professionals. The event is open to the public.

Rebecca Gaboda is an Organizational Development Manager at Skyward, Inc., where she has spent more than a decade with the organization partnering with individuals and leaders to grow through self-awareness, adaptability, and intentional development. Her work is grounded in integrity, appreciation for people, and a deep belief in continuous growth.

With a background that bridges education, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness, Rebecca brings both enthusiasm and a practical, people-first perspective to her work and her speaking. She is known for her optimistic energy and her ability to connect authentically, helping others reflect on what truly matters and how to stay dedicated to becoming their best selves—personally and professionally.

As a wife and mother of two boys, Rebecca understands the realities of balancing ambition, responsibility, and fulfillment, and she brings that lived experience into every conversation.
