Description
100% of business owners and executives will exit the business at some point, and the goal of this workshop is to create as much value as possible before that happens.
In less than 60 minutes attendees will discover how to:
- Identify and reduce the “silent killers” that erode business value.
- Position their company for growth, transition, or eventual exit—on their terms.
- See their business through the same lens investors and buyers use.
- Reduce borrowing and insurance risk by creating a more transferable business if something happens to the owner/executive.
