About Us

ODC is a private, not-for-profit agency whose mission is "to empower people with disabilities to achieve their work and life goals."
We offer a variety of programs and services, which include employment (job development and supported employment) community pre-vocational training, group supported employment, self-employment, school transition, Project SEARCH, mental health services (including outpatient mental health clinics), children’s long-term support, community day services, independent living skills, housing counseling, virtual services, community connection services guardianship services and peer mentoring. ODC operates social enterprises that financially contribute to ODC's mission. These businesses also provide training and employment for people with disabilities. Services include: assembly & packaging, computer & electronic recycling, Ink Splash apparel printing, managed warehouse services, mail and print services and wood fabrication services.
